Finally setup a Flickr account today. So, it turns out I have a Pro account since I have Yahoo internet service. Who knew? Yay!
I wish I would have known this previously, but oh well it's a happy surprise. I still like Picasa Web Albums and its integration with the Picasa desktop tool, but Flickr seems to be king for online photo sharing. I recently ponied up the cash for Adobe's Lightroom after getting hooked with their free trial. I still think Picasa is a great photo editing and management tool, but it is nowhere near as powerful as Lightroom, which I recommend checking out, especially if you have an interest in editing RAW file formats. Of course that had the unforseen consequence of forcing me to build a new computer since Lightroom wasn't performing the greatest.

Also, I mentioned I have Yahoo internet service... It is AT&T UVerse to be exact, 10Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps upload speeds, it kicks the pants off my previous DSL service. Also, I was able to get rid of my phone service as AT&T no longer requires it with internet service and since I dropped Dish who also required a phone line.
