Derrick Rose just became only player in NBA history to score 36 points and dish out 11 assists in his playoff debut (Chris Paul had 35 and 10 last year). If that wasn't enough he tied Kareen Abdul-Jabbar for most points by a rookie in a playoff debut with 36. To put that into perspective, Michael Jordan didn't score that many and Wilt Chamberlain had 35 in his debut. Suprisingly, Rose's 36 was a new career high. Read more about Rose's performance.
After Rose's performance I felt compelled to share a Rose photo I took at the Bulls - Pistons game I attended on Monday. I think it makes a great desktop wallpaper and thought I would share.
